Adjustable Center Wall Mount

The Concord KS812MB is an 8-inch adjustable center wall mount kitchen faucet designed for homeowners who want a bold cylindrical centerpiece. Its matte black finish adds a warm, contemporary touch while the brass construction ensures a sturdy and reliable fixture. This model maximises counter space by mounting directly to the wall rather than the deck.

Brass Construction and Swivel Spout

The solid brass body provides durable performance for daily kitchen tasks without specifying thermal or acoustic metrics. A swivel spout allows flexible water direction for various sink activities. Power draw and noise levels are not applicable to this mechanical plumbing fixture.

California Proposition 65 Compliance

This product carries California Proposition 65 warnings for chemicals known to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. No bundled accessories or software are included with the faucet itself. Buyers who need integrated filtration or touchless operation should consider alternative models.

Questions about this item

How is the 8-inch adjustable center wall mount installed, and what step is often missed?

Mount the faucet body to the wall supply lines using the adjustable centers, then secure the escutcheon; the step often missed is confirming the 8-inch spread matches the rough-in before tightening.

What maintenance will the matte black brass finish and swivel mechanism need later?

Clean the matte black surface with mild soap and a soft cloth to preserve the finish; lubricate the swivel joint annually with silicone grease to keep rotation smooth.

What limit appears first under sustained high-flow use?

The 8-inch adjustable center spacing fixes the maximum distance between supply connections, so plumbing layout is the first constraint during continuous operation.
