Cordless Neck Massager with Heat

The CooCoCo CO-6812N is a battery-powered neck massager designed for everyday relief from tension caused by office work, driving, or studying. It features upgraded 6D Shiatsu kneading nodes and a 30% larger heating area to deliver soothing warmth across the neck and shoulders. Adjustable arm straps allow users to customize the massage pressure for a comfortable fit.

Sustained Cordless Operation

A built-in 2500mAh rechargeable battery powers the device for cordless use at home, in the office, or while traveling. The unit charges via USB-C at 5V/2A and cannot operate while connected to the charger. A white indicator light flashes during charging and remains solid once the battery reaches full capacity, signalling readiness for the next session.

Practical Heat and Fit Limits

The enlarged heating zone offers two adjustable levels for consistent warmth, though the device is not water resistant. Users finding the massage too intense can wear thicker clothing or place a towel between the skin and the nodes to soften the contact. Proper strap adjustment is required to align the nodes with neck curves and prevent pinching during use.

Questions about this item

Does the 2500mAh battery keep the heat and 6D Shiatsu nodes running warm all day without overheating?

The 2500mAh rechargeable battery powers cordless sessions with two heat levels and three intensities; it charges via USB-C at 5V/2A and is not used while charging, so heat builds only during active massage periods.

What must I already own to charge the CO-6812N via its USB-C port?

You need a USB-C cable and a 5V/2A power adapter or compatible USB port; the massager does not operate while plugged in, so plan charging between uses.

Will the wrap-around design and adjustable arm straps fit comfortably over my older cotton shirts without pinching?

The ergonomic fit suits different body types and the adjustable straps let you customise pressure; wearing a thicker layer or towel can further prevent pinching from the 6D nodes.
