Who it fits

The Cooler Master MasterLiquid 240L Core White is a 240 mm all-in-one liquid cooler with a white finish and addressable RGB lighting. It uses a Gen S dual-chamber pump, expanded radiator surface and two 120 mm PWM fans. The kit supports Intel LGA 1851, 1700, 1200, 1151, 1150, 1155, 1156 and AMD AM5, AM4, AM3+, AM3, AM2+, AM2, FM2+, FM2, FM1 sockets. Builders seeking a clean aesthetic and included CryoFuze 14 W/mK paste will find it convenient.

Upgrade path

This cooler replaces stock air coolers or older 120 mm AIOs when lower pump noise and higher airflow are needed. The Gen S pump runs below 12 dBA while the fans spin between 650 and 1750 RPM, delivering up to 71.93 CFM. The jump is worthwhile if your current solution cannot keep CPU temperatures in check under sustained loads and you have space for a 277 mm radiator with two fan slots.

Compatibility check

Verify that your case can mount a 277 mm radiator with two 120 mm fan positions and that clearance around the CPU socket accommodates the 81 x 76 x 47 mm pump block. Confirm the motherboard provides a 4-pin PWM header and a 5 V ARGB header for lighting control. Ensure the mounting hardware matches your specific Intel or AMD socket from the supported list before ordering.

Questions about this item

What are the radiator and fan dimensions so I can check if the 240L Core White fits my case?

The radiator measures 277 mm in length and each 120 mm fan is 25 mm thick, so verify your case supports a 240 mm radiator with that total stack height.

Which way should the Gen S Dual Chamber pump face when mounting it on an LGA 1700 socket?

Orient the pump so the tubing exits toward the rear or top of the motherboard; the square cold-plate covers the LGA 1700 IHS evenly and the pre-applied CryoFuze paste spreads once the retention bracket is tightened diagonally.

When will the CryoFuze 14W/mK thermal paste need replacing on the MasterLiquid 240L Core White?

The included CryoFuze paste is rated for long-term use; plan to refresh it only if you dismount the pump for a CPU upgrade or after several years if temperatures rise noticeably.
