Portable Massage Tool

The Coolife C017-Green-Mini is a manual fascia release roller designed for self-massage at home or while travelling. It targets muscle tension, soreness and cellulite across the neck, shoulders, back, arms, legs and feet. The lightweight plastic construction and non-slip handle make it easy to manoeuvre for daily pressure-point therapy.

Simple Hand-Powered Operation

No batteries or power source are required; the roller is entirely hand-powered so you control the pressure and speed on every pass. The main difficulty is applying too much force too quickly, which can cause bruising on sensitive skin or when breaking up fascial adhesions. The brand advises drinking plenty of water and limiting sessions to five to ten minutes per area.

Check Your Needs Before Ordering

This tool suits users who want a compact, portable roller for full-body myofascial release and improved circulation. It is not designed for buyers who need a powered percussion device, a heated massage function or a larger roller that covers broad muscle groups in a single sweep. Verify that a manual, spiky surface matches your pain tolerance and skin sensitivity.

Questions about this item

How can I tell the Coolife C017-Green-Mini roller is working as intended after I start using it?

You should feel firm pressure on tight muscles and notice increased warmth in the area; the manufacturer notes that light bruising can appear as fascia adhesions break up, and regular daily sessions of five to ten minutes per zone typically bring smoother skin and better range of motion over time.

What comes in the box with the Coolife C017-Green-Mini and what must I buy separately?

The package contains the green mini massage roller with its upgraded two-ball size and non-slip handle; no batteries, charging cables, lubricants or additional attachments are included or required because the tool is entirely hand-powered.

Which Coolife roller version should I choose — the 3-ball, 5-ball or this mini model?

Pick the mini roller when you want the most portable option at 5.8 inches long and 8 ounces for targeted spots like neck, forearms or feet; choose the 3-ball or 5-ball versions when you need wider coverage for larger muscle groups such as the back or thighs.
