Lightweight Mesh Helmet Liner

The Cooling Skull Cap Helmet Liner is a 17 g polyester skull cap designed for adults who wear helmets during cycling, motorcycling or hard-hat work. Its high-elastic fabric stretches to fit head circumferences from 54 to 62 cm and stays secure during intense activity.

Replaces Basic Cotton Liners

Unlike simple cotton caps that saturate quickly, this mesh liner wicks sweat away from the skin and dries fast, keeping vision clear and the helmet interior cleaner. The jump is worth it for anyone who rides or works long shifts in heat and needs sustained dryness rather than temporary absorption.

Sustained Cooling Under Load

Soaking the cap in water activates hours of evaporative cooling that persists through extended exertion, while the open mesh structure maintains airflow even when the helmet is strapped down tight. The 0.6 oz weight adds no noticeable bulk, so thermal comfort is maintained without increasing pressure points over time.
