Dual-layer memory foam cushions

The CorLiving baibu cushions use a patented dual-layer construction with a soft molded memory foam top layer over a high-density foam base. This design targets diners who want pressure relief for the tailbone without bottoming out. The 17 by 16 by 2 inch profile fits standard kitchen chairs and the set of two covers a pair of seats.

Silicone grip base with tie straps

A real silicone non-slip pad on the underside keeps each cushion in place on wood, metal or upholstered frames without marking the surface. Two 15-inch fabric straps add a secondary anchor point for chairs with vertical slats or smooth finishes. The polyester cover is machine washable and the overlocked edges resist fraying through repeated cleaning.

Upgrade from flat foam or folded towels

Buyers replacing thin seat pads that compress within weeks will notice the sustained support of the high-density lower layer. The jump is worthwhile when daily meals or long work sessions make the current seating uncomfortable. Shoppers needing thicker padding for deep bucket seats or outdoor furniture with drainage requirements should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How thick is the 17 x 16 inch cushion and what does the 2 inch height actually give you?

The cushion measures 2 inches high, built from a patented dual-layer core with soft molded memory foam on top and high-density foam underneath for balanced support.

What are the 15 inch straps and silicone base for, and do they fit a standard dining chair?

Two 15-inch tie straps and a real silicone non-slip bottom pad keep the 17 x 16 inch pad fixed to typical dining seats without damaging the finish.

Can I wash the cover at home, and what is the right way to do it without ruining the foam?

The polyester cover is machine washable; remove it from the memory foam core before washing and air dry to preserve the dual-layer construction.
