Converts 12V or 24V vehicle power to 220V AC with 150W peak output, three USB ports and modified sine wave output
This 150W car power inverter converts DC 12V or 24V input to AC 220V output at 50Hz or 60Hz. It supplies continuous DC output power of 75W with a peak power rating of 150W. The unit includes three USB ports supporting QC3.0 fast charging for phones, tablets, and laptops. An LCD display and independent switch add convenience for in-car use.
Continuous operation is rated at 75W, while short bursts can reach 150W peak power. Conversion efficiency exceeds 87%, and unloaded current draw stays below 0.4A. Over-heat protection activates at 65°C, and a cooling fan runs during operation, emitting audible noise. Low-battery cut-off triggers at 10V and high-battery cut-off at 15V to protect the vehicle battery.
The inverter produces a modified sine wave at 220V ±10% rather than a pure sine waveform. This waveform suits resistive loads and many switch-mode power supplies but may not suit sensitive medical equipment or certain motor-driven appliances. Buyers needing a pure sine output for delicate electronics should consider a different unit.
