Purpose and audience

The Corn Electronics Bloody A70 Light Strike is a gaming mouse built around optical micro switches for players who value instantaneous click response. Its infrared scroll wheel and adjustable CPI steps suit competitive shooters and fast-paced action titles.

Thermals noise and power

Optical switches eliminate metal bounce noise, so clicks stay quiet even during rapid fire. The infrared wheel mechanism reduces mechanical wear without adding heat or audible friction during normal desktop use.

Sustained load behaviour

The switches are rated for over 20 million actuations while maintaining the same sub 0.2 ms response across the lifespan. Three onboard shooting modes let the left button toggle between single, burst and automatic fire patterns without software latency.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Bloody A70 and which step do people often miss?

Plug the USB cable into a free port; the mouse is recognised automatically. The step many skip is installing the Bloody software to unlock the 800, 1000, 1200, 1600 and 4000 CPI levels and the three shooting modes on the left button.

What part will need replacement first and when?

The Light Strike micro switches are rated for over 20 million clicks. The infrared wheel is rated for millions of rotations. Under normal gaming use the switches will reach their limit before the wheel does.

What limit appears first during long gaming sessions?

The 0.2 ms click response stays consistent, but the fixed 4000 CPI ceiling means you cannot raise sensitivity beyond that level no matter how long you play.
