Compact 60% form factor

The Corn Electronics DK61E is a 60 percent mechanical gaming keyboard with 61 keys. It uses Gateron Brown switches for a tactile feel. The wired USB connection and compact layout suit gamers and typists who want more desk space.

Gateron Brown tactile switches

Gateron Brown switches provide a tactile bump without an audible click. This switch choice helps users who want feedback for typing and gaming while keeping noise lower than clicky alternatives.

PBT doubleshot keycaps and IPX4 board

PBT doubleshot keycaps resist wear and oil buildup. The circuit board carries IPX4 water resistance, so spills on the keys can be cleaned easily. The keyboard requires a USB port and frees desk area by omitting a numeric keypad.

Questions about this item

How does the 60 % layout with 61 keys change daily use compared to a full-size board?

Removing the numpad, function row and navigation cluster shrinks the footprint so the mouse sits closer, yet every standard key remains accessible through the FN layer.

What does the USB interface on this DK61E actually limit?

The wired USB connection caps the polling rate at the controller's maximum and draws power from the port, so no battery or wireless latency is involved.

What physical space and mounting does the compact case need?

The plastic 60 % case sits flat on any desk and uses the standard ANSI screw pattern, fitting common 60 % trays or keyboard stands without extra hardware.
