Desk coverage and size

The Corn Electronics Gundam mouse pad measures 31.5 by 11.8 inches, giving a single continuous surface for a full-size keyboard and mouse. The 0.12 inch thickness adds a thin cushion without raising the wrists sharply. Stitched edges resist fraying during daily use.

Surface performance and limits

A micro-weave fibre top layer provides low-friction glide for optical sensors, keeping tracking consistent across the whole area. The waterproof coating repels spills and allows simple wipe-down cleaning. The rubber base prevents shifting, though the pad lacks stitched RGB channels or a hard hybrid layer for extreme speed.

Upgrade context and trade-offs

Replaces smaller cloth pads that force the keyboard onto the bare desk or require a separate mat. The jump is worthwhile when desk space permits the 800 by 300 millimetre footprint and a unified surface is preferred. Buyers who need a hard surface for maximum speed or a pad with integrated lighting will not be served by this model.
