Privacy Filter for 31.5 Inch Widescreen Monitors

This privacy screen filter fits 31.5 inch monitors with a 16:9 aspect ratio. It uses micro-louver technology to limit viewing angles so onlookers see a dark screen while the user sees a clear image. The filter is designed for desktop and laptop users who need visual privacy in shared or public spaces.

Anti-Glare, UV and Blue Light Protection

The filter surface is anti-glare and scratch resistant. It blocks 96% of UV light and reduces blue light by 65%, helping to protect eyes during extended use. These optical properties work together with the privacy layer without requiring additional software or settings.

Two Mounting Options Included

The package supplies attachment strips and slide-mount tabs, giving two ways to secure the filter. Extra installation kits are provided for both methods. Buyers must measure the exact width and height of their screen before ordering; selecting by diagonal size alone often leads to a poor fit.

Questions about this item

When do the adhesive strips or slide-mount tabs need replacing?

The filter ships with extra installation kits for both attachment strips and slide-mount tabs so you can swap them whenever the adhesive loses grip.

At what viewing angle does the privacy effect stop working?

The screen appears dark from about 30° to 60° off-centre; beyond 60° the filter no longer blocks the view.

Does the filter add noticeable heat or power draw during all-day use?

It is a passive layer with no electronics so it adds no heat and draws no power.
