Compact Wireless Speaker for Desk Use

The Corn Electronics transparent speaker connects to laptops or desktops through Bluetooth 5.0 and also accepts TF cards or USB drives for standalone playback. A 3.5 mm auxiliary cable is included for wired sources. Its small footprint suits home-office desks or bedside tables where space is limited.

Thermals Noise and Power in Daily Use

The 5 W amplifier runs cool during typical listening sessions and the passive enclosure adds no fan noise. Power is drawn from the connected USB port so no separate mains adapter is required. Output stays clean with distortion rated above 95 dB across the 100 Hz to 20 kHz range.

Bluetooth 5.0 Connectivity Decides Compatibility

Pairing uses Bluetooth 5.0 with a quoted range of 10 metres, so the host device must support that version for wireless audio. If your computer only offers an older Bluetooth standard or has no radio at all, the 3.5 mm jack remains the sole wired option.

Questions about this item

How do I connect the speaker to my computer and what step is often missed?

Pair via Bluetooth 5.0 within 10 m or plug the supplied 3.5 mm AUX cable; the step often missed is selecting the speaker as the default audio output in the OS sound settings.

What maintenance or replacement will the speaker need later?

The internal rechargeable battery will lose capacity over time and eventually require replacement; the ABS enclosure only needs occasional dusting.

What limit appears first during extended playback at high volume?

The 5 W amplifier reaches its output ceiling and distortion rises above the rated >95 dB signal-to-noise level before thermal protection engages.
