Corning UniCam SC Connector 25-Pack

The Corning UniCam SC connector is a single-mode fiber optic termination designed for fast field installation. Each pack contains 25 blue connectors that use a mechanical splice to join fiber without epoxy or polishing. The UniCam High-Performance Tool Kit enables a strip, clean, cleave, cam and crimp workflow for rapid deployment.

Installers needing quick, repeatable terminations

Technicians who terminate fiber to the workstation will benefit from the UniCam system's go/no-go feedback and precision cleaver. This product is not suited for installers who prefer fusion splicing or epoxy-polish methods, nor for projects that require multi-mode or angled-polish connector types.

Mechanical splice, single-mode, SC interface

The connector relies on a high-precision mechanical splice rather than fusion or adhesive, and it is built for single-mode fiber with an SC mating face. The UniCam High-Performance Tool Kit is required to achieve the published optical performance on every termination.
