DDR5 6400 speed limited by motherboard

The rated 6400 MT/s transfer rate and CL32 latency only apply when the platform can run the XMP profile at 1.40V. If the memory controller or motherboard topology cannot sustain that frequency, the modules will fall back to a lower JEDEC speed and looser timings.
