Adjustable Height Range

This Costway punching bag set is designed for children aged eight and above who want an active indoor outlet. The height adjusts from 33 to 51 inches, so the equipment grows with the child over several years. It includes a pair of padded gloves and an inflation pump for immediate use.

Replacing Screen Time

The set replaces passive entertainment by encouraging physical movement and coordination practice at home. The jump is worth it when a child needs a structured way to burn energy and develop motor skills without leaving the house. The spring-mounted bag rebounds quickly, keeping the pace engaging for solo play.

Simple Assembly and Stability

The metal pole slots together and the base fills with water or sand for a secure footprint on flat floors. Most issues arise when the base is under-filled, causing the unit to tip during vigorous hits. The hook-and-loop glove straps fit small hands, and the PVC leather ball resists tearing with regular inflation checks.

Questions about this item

How much floor space does the 26-inch wide base need?

The stand footprint is 26 inches long by 7 inches wide, so clear a rectangle at least that size on a flat surface.

Which step do people skip when setting up the spring‑loaded pole?

After inserting the metal pole into the base, you must lock the height‑adjustment pin at the chosen level between 33 and 51 inches before inflating the bag.

What part will need replacing first if the bag loses air?

The PVC leather boxing ball holds the air; use the supplied needle and pump to reinflate it whenever it softens.
