Ready-to-build Ryzen 5600 kit

This barebones kit pairs an AMD Ryzen 5 5600 processor with 16GB DDR4 memory and a 1TB NVMe drive inside the COUGAR MG 140 Black case. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed so the system boots straight to the desktop once a graphics card is added. It targets builders who want a validated foundation without sourcing every component individually. The EVGA 650W power supply and ASUS Prime B450M-A II motherboard are already fitted.

Add a GPU and power it up

Because AMD Ryzen 5000 Series CPUs lack onboard graphics, a discrete graphics card is mandatory before the machine can display anything. The case includes three COUGAR RGB fans for airflow, and the motherboard offers standard expansion slots for a typical dual-slot card. First-time builders should verify their chosen GPU length against the case interior and confirm the PSU cables match the card’s power connectors. No specialised tools are required beyond a Phillips screwdriver.

Steady output with 650W headroom

Under sustained workloads the EVGA 650W unit delivers continuous power to the CPU, memory, storage and an added graphics card without throttling. The three pre-installed case fans move air across the motherboard and drive, keeping temperatures stable during long gaming or rendering sessions. The 1TB NVMe drive maintains consistent read and write speeds once the controller settles, avoiding the slowdown seen on smaller caches. The platform remains quiet at typical desktop loads.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the system is working after I install my own GPU?

Connect a display to the graphics card you add, power on the unit, and verify that Windows 11 Pro boots to the desktop with the 16GB DDR4 memory and 1TB NVMe drive recognised.

What components are included and what must I supply separately?

The kit includes the COUGAR MG 140 Black case with three RGB fans, an EVGA 650W PSU, an ASUS Prime B450M-A II motherboard, a Ryzen 5600 CPU, 16GB DDR4 RAM, a 1TB NVMe SSD, and Windows 11 Pro; you must provide a discrete GPU because the processor has no onboard graphics.

Which version or capacity of this barebones kit should I choose?

This listing is a single fixed configuration with a Ryzen 5600 processor, 16GB DDR4 memory, and a 1TB NVMe drive, so there are no alternative versions or capacities to select.
