Questions about this item

Does this keyboard need any special driver or software to use the USB connection?

It connects via a standard USB interface and works with the operating system's built-in drivers; no extra software is required for basic typing and gaming input.

Will the full-size layout and mechanical switches fit comfortably on a desk that currently holds a compact tenkeyless board?

The full-size layout includes a numeric keypad, so it occupies more horizontal space than a tenkeyless model; measure your desk area to ensure adequate room.

How can I verify the doubleshot keycaps and backlighting are functioning correctly after plugging it in?

Check that each key registers in a text editor and that the backlight illuminates evenly across all legends; the doubleshot moulding prevents legends from fading over time.
