Everyday Carry Clips

This set contains twelve black aluminium carabiners in three sizes for attaching keys, bottles and small gear to bags or belts. The D-shaped clips use a spring gate that opens with one hand and snaps shut automatically. They are sold as accessory pieces and are not rated for climbing or heavy loads. Outdoor enthusiasts and commuters can mix the sizes to suit different attachment points.

Thermals Noise Power

Aluminium construction keeps the clips light and corrosion resistant during daily exposure to rain, sweat or salt air. No moving parts generate noise and no power is required for operation. The anodised finish resists scratching when clips rub against metal hardware or webbing. Performance stays consistent across the temperature ranges encountered in normal outdoor use.

Three Size Assortment

Four clips each at 2 inch, 2.4 inch and 3 inch lengths let users match the gate opening to strap width or load size. The smallest clips work well on purse hardware or key rings, the medium size secures items to backpack loops and the largest fits travel pillows or cargo nets. Having all three sizes in one pack removes the guesswork of buying separate packs for different tasks.

Questions about this item

How do I attach the 2.4" carabiner to a backpack strap without it slipping off?

Open the spring gate, slide the D-shaped body through the strap loop or webbing, then release the gate so the wire lock snaps shut; the gate must fully close or the clip can work loose under movement.

What part of the 12-piece set will wear out first with daily key-ring use?

The spring gate on the smallest 2.3" clips loses tension fastest because it cycles open and closed every time keys are added or removed; replace individual clips when the gate no longer snaps shut on its own.

At what load will the aluminium D-shape deform during sustained tension?

The clips are not rated for climbing or heavy-duty loads; under continuous pull — such as a loaded cargo net or tarp — the aluminium body will bend permanently well before any rated breaking strength, so use only for light accessories.
