Questions about this item

Do the Crayola 52-0390 jumbo crayons get warm or melt if left in a sunny classroom all day?

They are standard wax crayons with no special heat-resistant formulation; prolonged direct sunlight or hot surfaces can soften them, so store the box in a shaded spot when not in use.

What surfaces or tools does a child need before the 16-crayon set can be used?

Only paper or a similar drawing surface is required; the crayons apply colour directly with no water, sharpeners, or additional accessories.

Will the 16 assorted colours in this box match the shades from older Crayola packs we already own?

The set contains the classic primary and secondary hues Crayola has used for generations, so they blend consistently with earlier standard-size or jumbo assortments.
