High-Capacity Aluminum Stock Pot

This 100-quart aluminum stock pot is built for high-volume cooking in commercial kitchens or large gatherings. Its 5.5mm gauge construction provides even heat distribution across a broad surface. The 17-pound weight reflects a sturdy build designed for daily professional use. It suits chefs preparing stocks, soups, or boiling large batches of pasta and seafood.

Build Requirements and Workflow Benefits

The pot requires a high-output burner or range top wide enough to support its diameter for efficient heating. Sturdy pot hooks or a reinforced shelf are needed to store the 17-pound vessel safely when not in use. It frees up workflow by consolidating multiple smaller batches into a single cooking session. The single-piece aluminum body simplifies cleaning compared to multi-layer clad alternatives.
