Large-capacity aluminum sauce pot

The Crestware SAU42 is a 42 qt straight-sided sauce pot built from 4.2 mm aluminum for high-volume cooking. NSF certification confirms it meets commercial sanitation standards for professional kitchens and institutional use.

Riveted aluminum handles and open design

Two riveted aluminum handles in silver provide a secure grip when moving heavy batches. The pot ships without a cover and is not dishwasher safe, so hand washing is required after each service.

Verify sink and burner dimensions before ordering

At 17 7/8 in overall diameter the vessel needs a wide burner and a sink or wash basin large enough for manual cleaning. It is not oven safe, so recipes requiring oven finishing will need a separate pan.
