Crestware TR36 Ticket Rail

The Crestware TR36 is a 36 inch transparent ticket rail designed for commercial kitchens and food service operations that need to keep order slips visible and organised during service. It suits chefs, line cooks and expeditors who want a clear view of every ticket without cluttering the pass.

Installation and common issues

Mounting hardware is not included, so installers must source screws or brackets that match the wall or shelf material they are using. The rail is lightweight, but over-tightening fasteners can crack the transparent body, and uneven mounting surfaces may cause the rail to bow and tickets to slide out.

Behaviour under sustained load

The transparent construction resists staining from kitchen splatter and cleans with standard sanitising solutions without clouding. In a busy service the rail holds a continuous stack of tickets without warping, though very high volumes may require multiple rails side by side to prevent the front tickets from curling forward.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the 36-inch ticket rail is mounted level and holds tickets securely after installation?

After mounting, run a straight edge along the 36-inch length to verify it sits flush, then load a full row of tickets — they should slide freely and stay in place without sagging.

What components are included with the transparent ticket rail and what must I supply separately?

The box contains the 36-inch transparent rail only; mounting hardware such as screws, anchors or brackets is not included and must be purchased separately.

Which version of the Crestware ticket rail should I choose for a standard kitchen pass?

The 36-inch transparent model is the single size offered; select it when your pass width matches that length.
