Party Decoration Kit 41 Pcs

This 41-piece set supplies black and gold paper fans, pompoms, hollow fans, tassels, swirls, a hot-air balloon garland, triangular pennants and a circle paper garland. It is designed for adult party planners who need coordinated decor for graduations, New Year celebrations, weddings or birthdays. The kit arrives flat-packed in a single box weighing .499 kilograms.

Simple Assembly Steps

Each tissue pompom and fan ships flat with ribbon included and clear instructions for fluffing and hanging. The PVC swirls uncoil without tools. Builders who need self-adhesive backing or pre-strung banners will find those features absent from this kit.

Coverage and Limits

The garlands provide 6.5 ft of circle flags and 9.8 ft of balloon flags, while the largest fans reach 40.5 cm diameter and tassels hang 34 cm long. Ten 1.6 ft swirls and fifteen pennants at 13 by 17 cm fill medium venues, but larger halls will require additional packs.

Questions about this item

How do I know the 1.6 ft hanging swirls and 6.5 ft circle garland are hanging correctly after setup?

The 10 PVC swirls should spin freely at 1.6 ft length, and the 6.5 ft circle garland with 21 flags should drape evenly without sagging when suspended.

What comes in the 41-piece box and what must I supply myself?

The set includes 6 hanging fans (19 cm, 29.5 cm, 40.5 cm), 8 paper pompoms, 4 hollow fans (25 cm), 10 tassels (34 cm), 10 swirls, balloon garland (3 m, 21 flags), dot garland (24 flags, 5 cm), and triangular pennants (15 flags, 13 x 17 cm); ribbon is included, but you need adhesive or hooks for mounting.

Should I choose the 25 cm hollow fans or the 40.5 cm hanging fans for a backdrop?

The 40.5 cm hanging fans create a larger visual impact for backdrops, while the 25 cm hollow fans work better for tabletop accents or tighter spaces.
