Thermal Pad Replacement Paste
CS Labs K5 PRO is a viscous thermal compound designed to replace soft thermal pads on memory chips and similar components. It fills gaps up to 3 mm and operates from -90 °C to 250 °C. The non-conductive formula comes in three 20 g tubes totalling 60 g.
Suitable For
Technicians and DIY builders who need a putty-like material for GPU memory, laptop heatsinks or console repairs where original pads are missing or dried out. Not for users who prefer standard grease for CPU heat spreaders or who require a product with a stated conductivity figure.
60 g Triple-Pack
The bundle supplies three 20 g containers, a wooden spatula and an instruction leaflet in a zip bag. Quantity covers roughly 60 to 120 applications. Manufactured in Greece with no expiration date when stored sealed and frost-free.

Questions about this item
Should I pick the 20g or the 60g pack?
This offer provides 60g total, supplied as three 20g cans. That quantity covers roughly 60 to 120 applications, so the larger pack is practical for multiple laptops, consoles or graphics cards.
What does the K5 PRO rating mean once it is inside a laptop or console?
The compound is a viscous, non-conductive putty that replaces soft thermal pads up to 3mm thick. It stays pliable from -90 to 250 Celsius and fills gaps between memory chips and heatsinks without drying out.
How does the paste behave on a GPU such as an RTX 3080 or 3090?
It applies directly onto VRAM and GPU dies with the included wood spatula, conforms to uneven surfaces, and remains stable through repeated thermal cycles in high-end cards and consoles.
