CS Labs K5 PRO is a viscous thermal compound supplied as six 10 g syringes totalling 60 g. It is formulated to replace soft thermal pads on memory chips and other components where a putty-like material is preferred. The paste is non-electrically conductive and remains stable from minus 90 °C to 250 °C.
