12-Piece Ceramic-Coated Knife Set

The Cuisinart C55-12PCGW delivers a complete 12-piece collection of stainless steel blades with a ceramic coating. Steak, bread, slicer, utility and cheese knives cover daily prep tasks for home cooks. The set arrives new with a storage block included for countertop organisation. It suits households wanting a single purchase to handle common cutting jobs.

Capacity and everyday headroom

Twelve knives provide enough variety for family meals and casual entertaining without needing extra blades. The 3-inch length on several pieces handles smaller produce and detail work comfortably. Larger roasts or dense vegetables may exceed the reach of the included slicer. Buyers who regularly break down whole proteins or need longer blades will find the set runs out.

Storage block and blade guards

The supplied block measures 5.12 x 9.87 x 14.5 inches and keeps all 12 knives upright and accessible. Individual blade guards protect the ceramic coating during storage and transport. Together they remove the need for separate magnetic strips or drawer inserts. The package weighs 2.2 pounds, making it easy to relocate on the worktop.

Questions about this item

Will the 12-piece set fit in the same drawer as my existing 5.12-inch tall knife block?

The included storage block measures 5.12 inches high, 9.87 inches wide and 14.5 inches deep, so you can compare those dimensions directly with your current drawer space.

How can I confirm the ceramic coating on the blades is intact after first use?

Inspect each blade for a uniform, smooth colour finish without scratches or bare metal showing; the coating should feel slick and release food cleanly when slicing.

Does the C55-12PCGW come with blade guards for all 12 knives, or must I buy them separately?

The set includes a storage block and blade guards for every knife in the 12-piece bundle; no additional guards need to be purchased.
