Commercial-Grade 12-Quart Capacity

The CURTA 12-B set provides four square containers, each holding 12 quarts of food. They are NSF listed to meet commercial kitchen standards for safety and quality. The pack suits professional kitchens, caterers, delis and cafes that need high-volume storage. Home users who value durable, food-grade containers will also benefit.

Polycarbonate Build With Blue Polypropylene Lids

The transparent polycarbonate body lets you identify contents at a glance and is safe for freezer use. Graduations moulded in quarts and litres support precise portion control. Integrated handles with drainage holes simplify transport and drying. Buyers who need microwave-safe containers should look elsewhere, as the product is not rated for microwave use.

Stackable Square Design Maximises Shelf Space

Each unit measures 12 in by 11.2 in by 19 in, allowing efficient stacking in coolers, freezers or pantries. The four-piece set handles bulk ingredients such as chopped fruit, sliced vegetables, soup stock or stew. The flip-top blue lids keep food fresher than foil or plastic wrap. The set weighs 4.17 kg and is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.

Questions about this item

What size shelf or cupboard is needed to store the 12 in x 11.2 in x 19 in containers?

Each square container measures 12 inches long, 11.2 inches wide and 19 inches high, so allow at least that footprint plus a little clearance for the lids.

Can the polycarbonate bases go in a commercial dishwasher while the blue polypropylene lids stay out?

The bases are dishwasher safe; the blue lids are polypropylene and should be washed by hand to avoid warping.

How do I verify the moulded graduations are accurate after first use?

Fill the container with a known volume of water — 12 quarts or the litre equivalent — and check that the liquid aligns with the top graduation line on both sides.
