Digital game for strategic survival fans

Space Crew: Legendary Edition is a downloadable PC game published by Curve Digital and developed by Runner Duck. You receive a Steam activation code for the Action Adventure title released on October 15, 2020. The product is new and intended for players who want a single-player campaign managing a starship and crew against an alien threat.

Runs on modest 64-bit Windows systems

The minimum specification calls for a 64-bit processor and operating system such as Windows 7, 8.1 or 10. An Intel Core i3-530 running at 3000 MHz is listed as the baseline CPU. Steam account authentication is required for installation and play, so an internet connection is needed at first launch.

Replaces Bomber Crew with deeper space mechanics

This edition supersedes the WW2-era Bomber Crew simulation by moving the action to a galaxy-spanning campaign. The jump is worth it for players who want expanded crew customisation, legendary crew members with unique abilities and full spaceship loadout personalisation. Buyers in blocked regions including CN, RU and TR cannot activate the code.

Questions about this item

Does the Steam client itself add noticeable heat or fan noise while Space Crew runs in the background all day?

The game only needs a Steam account for activation and installation; once launched, its 2D strategic simulation load is light enough that most modern PCs stay quiet and cool during extended sessions.

What account do I already need before the online code for Space Crew: Legendary Edition will work?

A Steam account is required to redeem the code and install the game on Windows 7, 8.1 or 10 64-bit systems.

Will Space Crew install and run on the Windows 7 64-bit PC I still use for older titles?

Yes — the minimum specification lists Windows 7 x64 alongside 8.1 and 10, so your existing 64-bit Windows 7 machine meets the OS requirement.
