Vintage Sunflower 23.7 oz Glass Jar

This 23.7 fl oz glass jar pairs a clear embossed sunflower pattern with a natural bamboo lid for a vintage look on counters or pantry shelves. The transparent body lets you check contents and quantity at a glance. It suits home cooks who want an attractive, airtight canister for everyday dry goods such as coffee, sugar, tea, spices, flour, pasta, cereal, cookies or candy. The 700 ml capacity fits small spaces while keeping ingredients organised and visible.

Microwave Safe with Bamboo Lid Seal

The jar is made from thickened food-grade glass that is microwave safe for warming contents directly. A silicone ring inside the bamboo lid creates an airtight seal that limits air, moisture and dust to help dry foods stay fresh longer. The lid is not dishwasher safe and should be hand washed, while the glass body can be cleaned by hand through the wide opening. No power draw, noise or active cooling are involved in normal use.

Compact 3.85 in Footprint with 2.95 in Mouth

Each jar measures 3.85 in by 3.85 in by 5.51 in, giving a compact footprint that fits neatly on countertops, pantry shelves or office desks. The 2.95-inch wide mouth makes filling, scooping, serving and hand cleaning easier without needing special tools. The sealed design frees up space by consolidating bags or boxes into a single stackable container, though the bamboo lid requires hand washing and is not suited for freezer use.

Questions about this item

How do I install the bamboo lid so the jar seals airtight, and what step do people often miss?

Place the silicone sealing ring evenly inside the bamboo lid groove, then press the lid straight down onto the 2.95-inch wide mouth until the ring seats fully; the step people miss is checking that the ring sits flat without twists before tightening.

What part will need replacement first with daily use?

The silicone sealing ring on the bamboo lid will wear and lose elasticity before the high borosilicate glass jar or the lid itself, so keep a spare ring for continued airtight performance.

What limit appears first when the jar sits in direct sunlight for hours?

The bamboo lid can dry out and warp faster than the glass body, so store the jar away from prolonged sun exposure to maintain the airtight seal.
