Questions about this item

Does the frame include the wall hanging hardware so I can mount it straight away?

Yes, the frame comes with wall hanging hardware and an easel stand for both mounting and tabletop display options.

Will the 16x19 inch overall size sit flush against the wall if I keep my existing picture rail hooks?

The frame moulding is 0.75 inches wide and the overall dimensions are 19x22 inches, so standard picture hooks will hold it securely against the wall.

How can I confirm the mat opening is centred correctly once the diploma is inserted?

The mat opening measures 11.5x14.5 inches; when the 12x15 diploma is placed behind it, equal borders should show on all four sides.
