Black Collage Frame for Five Golden Age Comics

This black wood frame holds five Golden Age comic books published between 1938 and 1956. Each slot fits the standard 7.25 by 10.5 inch dimensions of that era. A white acid-free mat and nesting foam keep every book centred and secure. The unit arrives ready to hang on a wall or stand on a shelf.

44 by 14 Inch Overall Size with Five Openings

The frame measures 44 inches wide by 14 inches high with a moulding width of .75 inch. Those outer dimensions set the exact wall space required. Five individual windows display the comics side by side in a single row. No additional books fit inside the fixed layout.

UV Acrylic Front Reduces Fade Risk

A UV resistant acrylic sheet covers the comics to slow light damage. The clear front also protects against dust and handling marks. Wood construction keeps the piece light enough for standard picture hooks. No power or special mounting is needed.

Questions about this item

Will the 44" x 14" black frame sit flush against my existing wall moulding?

The moulding is .75" wide, so the frame projects less than an inch from the wall and should sit cleanly beside standard trim.

How can I confirm the UV acrylic is protecting my comics after hanging?

The acrylic is UV resistant; over time your Golden Age books should show no fading compared with unprotected covers.

Does the package include everything needed to mount the 5-comic collage, or must I buy hangers separately?

Wall hanging hardware is included, along with acid-free white mat, nesting foam, foam board backing and an easel stand.
