Questions about this item

Will the acid-free white mat or UV acrylic need replacing to keep the comics protected?

The acid-free white mat and UV acrylic are built into the frame; no replacement parts are mentioned for ongoing protection.

What is the first limit reached when the frame hangs in direct sunlight all day?

The UV acrylic resists fading, but prolonged direct sun can still heat the 29 by 38.5 inch frame and accelerate comic aging.

Does the wood moulding or acrylic emit any odor or heat when the frame stays on the wall continuously?

The 0.75 inch wood moulding and UV acrylic are inert materials; no odor or heat emission is described for continuous display.
