Xbox CFexpress Type B Adapter

This converter lets you install a Western Digital CH SN530 2230mm NVMe drive into the CFexpress Type B expansion slot of an Xbox Series X or S console. It is built for gamers who want to add fast internal storage using that specific drive model. The package contains only the adapter board; the SSD itself is not included.

Suits owners of the WD CH SN530 2230mm drive.

The adapter is designed exclusively for the Western Digital CH SN530 in the 2230mm form factor. It will not accept longer M.2 modules such as 2280 drives, nor will it work with other NVMe brands or models. Buyers needing a universal M.2 to CFexpress solution should look at a different adapter.

PCIe 4.0 gen4x2 bandwidth over CFexpress B

The board runs at PCIe 4.0 gen4x2, matching the full CFexpress Type B specification speed. Gold-plated connectors and a precision PCB with differential signal layout minimise parasitic capacitance and inductance for clean high-speed data transmission.
