Rack-mount surge protection for eight devices

The CyberPower Rackbar CPS815RMS provides eight NEMA 5-15R outlets fed by a NEMA 5-15P plug with a six-foot cord. It delivers 1800 joules of surge suppression at 125 V AC and is certified to UL 1363 and UL 1449 standards. The unit mounts in a standard rack for organised power distribution.

Suited to network closets and small server racks

Installers who need front-access outlet strips with recognised safety listings will find this model appropriate. It is not intended for loads above 15 A or voltages other than 125 V AC. Buyers requiring higher joule ratings, longer cords, or non-rack mounting should consider other form factors.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the Rackbar CPS815RMS is protecting equipment after installation?

The front-panel protected LED stays lit while the 1800 J suppression circuit is active; if it goes out the MOVs have sacrificed themselves and the strip should be replaced.

Which cables or accessories come with the CPS815RMS and what must I source separately?

The unit ships with its 6 ft NEMA 5-15P power cord and integrated 8-outlet NEMA 5-15R strip; rack-mount screws and any IEC device cords are not included.
