Network management card enables remote monitoring and control of compatible CyberPower UPS systems and ATS PDUs via web browser, CLI, SNMP or NMS.
The CyberPower RMCARD205 adds Ethernet-based remote monitoring and control to compatible Smart App Sinewave UPS systems, Smart App Intelligent LCD/AVR UPS systems and Automatic Transfer Switch PDUs. It is built for IT administrators who need to manage power infrastructure from a central console rather than at each rack. The card connects through a standard 10/100 Mbps network port and draws power directly from the host UPS or ATS unit.
Firmware upgrades can be applied remotely, so the card stays current without scheduled downtime or physical access. Its protocol stack — including SNMPv1/v3, SSH, HTTPS and Syslog — is designed for continuous polling and trap forwarding in enterprise monitoring environments. The hardware supports up to 50 auto-shutdown clients, allowing staggered, orderly shutdown sequences across multiple servers during extended outages.
The card works only with the specific CyberPower UPS and ATS models listed in the manufacturer compatibility matrix; notably the CPS1500AVR is excluded. Buyers who need management for unsupported UPS units or non-CyberPower power devices must choose a different solution. Verifying the exact host model against the supported list is the single step that determines whether this card will function.

You need a compatible CyberPower Smart App Sinewave or Intelligent LCD/AVR UPS (except the CPS1500AVR), a live Ethernet network drop, and a web browser or SNMP-capable NMS for configuration.
No — the CPS1500AVR is explicitly listed as not supported; the card is designed for current Smart App Sinewave and Intelligent LCD/AVR models only.
