Wireless Cloud Monitoring Card

The CyberPower RWCCARD100 is a wireless monitoring card designed for select CyberPower UPS units. It connects to a 2.4 GHz wireless access point using IEEE 802.11b/g/n protocol. The card enables remote monitoring through the PowerPanel® Cloud web portal or mobile application. It is intended for administrators who need off-site visibility of UPS status and power events.

Upgrade from wired network cards

This wireless card replaces a wired Ethernet monitoring card when running a cable to the UPS location is impractical. The jump is worth it when the UPS sits in a rack or room without convenient switch ports. It adds an external antenna for signal reception and supports plug-and-play installation. User-upgradeable firmware allows future compatibility improvements without hardware replacement.

2.4 GHz wireless interface limits

The card operates only on the 2.4 GHz band using 802.11b/g/n data rates. It cannot connect to 5 GHz or 6 GHz networks, which may limit placement in dense wireless environments. Range depends on the antenna orientation and building materials between the card and the access point.
