Kitchen and bath acrylic latex sealant
This acrylic latex sealant is formulated for kitchen and bath applications where a waterproof, paintable joint is required. The biscuit colour matches common fixture tones and the low-odour formula suits interior use. It is supplied in a standard 10 oz cartridge for use with a caulking gun.
Thermals noise and power draw
The sealant performs across a temperature range from -20 degrees F to 150 degrees F once fully cured. Full cure is reached in one day, with a working time of ten minutes for tooling and smoothing. As a non-mechanical product it produces no noise and draws no power during or after application.
Cartridge format and crack resistant finish
The cartridge format fits standard caulking guns for consistent bead control on site. Cured beads remain crack resistant, mildew resistant and mould resistant in wet environments. VOC compliant formulation meets regulatory standards, and the product carries California Proposition 65 warnings for cancer and reproductive harm.

Questions about this item
How do I load the 10 oz cartridge and cut the nozzle for a clean bead?
Insert the cartridge into a standard caulking gun, puncture the inner seal, then cut the nozzle tip to the bead size you need.
Will the cured sealant need to be replaced or can it be painted over later?
It stays flexible and resists cracking, mildew and mold; the biscuit finish can be painted after the 1-day full cure.
At what temperature does the sealant stop performing during continuous exposure?
Maximum performance temperature is 150 °F; above that the sealant may lose adhesion and waterproofing.
