The DGS-105 is an unmanaged switch with five auto-negotiating RJ45 ports that deliver up to 1000 Mbps each. It connects PCs, consoles, NAS devices, printers, cameras and mesh nodes using Cat5e, Cat6 or Cat6A cabling up to 100 metres. Zero-configuration plug-and-play setup with auto MDI/MDIX makes it suitable for home offices and small business networks.

1000 Mbps per port non-blocking switching

The internal switching engine provides 10 Gbps non-blocking throughput so every port can run at full duplex simultaneously. Jumbo frame support up to 9216 bytes and a packet forwarding rate of 2000 megabits per second keep large file transfers and multicast streams moving without congestion.

Fanless steel chassis runs silently

The all-metal housing dissipates heat passively for whisper-quiet operation in bedrooms, studios and offices. Energy-Efficient Ethernet (IEEE 802.3az) reduces power consumption by up to 80 percent on idle ports and adjusts for cable length. Built-in surge and ESD protection rated at ±4 kV helps the switch withstand everyday power spikes.
