A 52-port Gigabit smart switch with 48 PoE+ ports, four SFP uplinks and a 370 W power budget for IP cameras, access points and VoIP phones
The D-Link DGS-1210-52MP is a rackmount switch with forty-eight 10/100/1000BASE-T PoE ports and four Gigabit SFP ports. It targets network administrators who need centralised power for access points, cameras and VoIP phones. The 370 W PoE budget supports both 802.3af and 802.3at devices across all copper ports.
Store-and-forward operation checks every frame before forwarding, preventing corrupted packets from circulating under sustained load. The 3 MB buffer absorbs traffic bursts while the 16 K MAC address table maintains forwarding decisions. Jumbo frames up to 9216 bytes pass through without fragmentation.
Maximum consumption reaches 483.1 W with PoE active and drops to 48.9 W when PoE is disabled. Standby draw measures 29.5 W at 110 V and 27.5 W at 240 V. The 1U form factor fits standard racks without special cooling requirements.
Measured against everything we stock in Ethernet & PoE Switches, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

With PoE on the switch consumes up to 483.1W, while idle PoE-off draw is 48.9W and standby is 29.5W at 110V or 27.5W at 240V.
The four SFP ports accept standard Gigabit SFP transceivers; you supply the modules and matching fibre or copper patch cords for each uplink.
Yes, each 10/100/1000BASE-T port auto-negotiates speed so 100 Mbps devices connect immediately and receive PoE power under the 370W budget.
