24 RJ45 ports plus 4 SFP+ uplinks

The 24 copper ports handle standard Gigabit traffic from workstations, access points and IP phones with a total switching capacity of 128 gigabits per second. The four SFP+ slots accept 10 Gigabit transceivers for aggregation or backbone links. Copper uplinks are limited to 1 Gigabit, so high-throughput trunks require the SFP+ interfaces. The switch operates up to 40 degrees Celsius.

SFP+ uplink practical limits

Each SFP+ port supports 10 Gigabit speeds, but the shared 128 gigabit backplane caps simultaneous throughput across all uplinks and downlink ports. Long-distance fibre runs need compatible transceivers and cabling not included with the switch. RJ45 uplinks cannot exceed 1 Gigabit, creating a bottleneck if used for server aggregation. The 1U rackmount form factor fits standard cabinets.
