Extra-large sous-vide bag kit

The Daarcin C32x45 kit supplies 15 reusable bags measuring 11.8 by 13.4 inches and two sealing clips. Bags are made from BPA-free polyethylene and feature a double zipper valve for hand-pump air removal. They are safe for freezer, microwave and high-temperature water baths. The pack weighs 0.322 kg.

Home cooks who use a hand pump

This kit suits anyone who already owns a vacuum hand pump and wants large-capacity bags for batch sous-vide or long-term freezer storage. Buyers who do not have a pump cannot evacuate air from these bags and should choose a different product. The bags are not designed for chamber vacuum machines or single-use roll cutting.

Double-zipper valve requires hand pump

The defining specification is the double-zipper valve that only works with a separate manual vacuum pump. Without that pump the bags cannot achieve a vacuum seal, so the purchase decision rests entirely on whether the buyer already owns or plans to buy a compatible hand pump.

Questions about this item

Will the 11.8 by 13.4 inch bags fit inside my 12 litre sous vide container?

Each bag measures 11.8 by 13.4 inches, so compare those dimensions with your container's internal width and height before purchasing.

How do I seal the double zipper and valve correctly without a vacuum pump?

Press both zipper tracks firmly from one end to the other, then attach a sealing clip over the valve and use a hand pump to extract air.

When should I replace the bags or the two sealing clips?

Replace a bag if the polyethylene shows tears, the double zipper no longer closes fully, or a clip loses its spring tension.
