Authentic WWII Destroyer Simulation

Destroyer: The U-Boat Hunter places you in command of a Fletcher-class destroyer during the Battle of the Atlantic. The simulation models authentic instruments and attack procedures used by Allied escort groups. It targets players who want a historically accurate anti-submarine warfare experience on PC. The Steam code activates in select countries only.

Steam Activation and Minimum Requirements

Installation requires a Steam account to activate the online game code. The minimum specification lists Windows 7 64-bit, an Intel Core i3 processor, and 6 GB of RAM. A GeForce GTX 560 with 1 GB VRAM handles 720p low settings. Buyers in blocked regions cannot redeem the key.

Extended Campaign and Early Access Development

The game launched in Early Access on 28 September 2022 and continues to develop. Sustained play involves managing full escort groups across dynamic convoy missions rather than single engagements. Performance scales with longer sessions as tactical complexity increases. Players seeking a finished, static product should wait for the full release.
