Pixel-perfect COB strip for ambient lighting

The 16.4 ft DALATTIN DACOB24V5MRGBIC uses 576 LEDs per metre on a COB design that removes visible hotspots. An onboard smart chip enables pixel-level addressable control for chase effects and smooth colour transitions. A 20-button remote and smartphone app handle dimming, colour selection and scene modes. The 24 V strip delivers 960–1080 lumens per metre across a 180-degree beam.

Upgrade from spotted SMD tape

Traditional SMD strips show individual diodes and cannot produce per-pixel animation. This COB strip replaces them when you need a continuous line of light and programmable effects such as flowing gradients. The jump is worth it for under-cabinet runs, cove lighting or feature walls where uniform brightness and dynamic patterns matter more than static single-colour output.

Check 24 V supply and cut increments

Verify you have a 24 V constant-voltage driver rated for the total wattage of your run. The strip can only be cut at 26.32 mm intervals marked by a thin black line over the solder pads. Ensure the mounting surface is clean and dry for the adhesive backing. The controller and power connections must be accessible for the included remote and app pairing.
