Custom Made Tracker Knife

This custom made Damascus steel tracker knife measures 10 inches overall with a 5 inch full tang blade and 4.5 inch cutting edge. The blade is forged from over 200 folded layers of 1095 and 15N20 high and low carbon steel. It is heat treated to a hardness of 58-60 HRC for long lasting edge retention. The natural rose wood handle features 4 brass pipe inserting holes.

Full Tang Construction and Sheath

The full tang blade extends through the rose wood scale in one piece for increased durability and strength. It comes with an extra thick cow hide leather sheath fitted with brass buttons and a pocket. The leather can absorb moisture so the knife should not be stored in the sheath long term. Clean the blade after use and apply oil or wax before storage to prevent rust.

High Carbon Steel Maintenance

The 1095 high carbon steel blade requires regular care to avoid corrosion. If rust appears use WD40 to remove it then apply cooking oil or wax. This knife is intended for legal use only by responsible buyers aged 18 or over. It is not suited for buyers who want a low maintenance stainless blade.
