The Damascus Depot fixed-blade knife has a 4.5 inch full-tang blade forged from 465 layers of 1095 and 15N20 high and low carbon steel. It reaches a hardness of 56 to 58 HRC and measures 9.5 inches overall. The twist-pattern Damascus steel is suited for skinning tasks.

Handle and Sheath

The handle uses black and grey two-tone Dollar wood scales with a Damascus bolster, two silver pins and a lanyard hole for strength. A thick cow leather sheath with a belt loop is included. The supplier warns never to store the knife long-term in the leather sheath because leather can absorb moisture and cause rust.

Care and Legal

Clean the blade after each use and apply oil or wax before storage to prevent corrosion on the high-carbon steel. If rust appears, WD-40 can remove it. The knife is extremely sharp and intended for legal use only by buyers aged 18 or over.
