Compact TKL Layout

The Dareu EK815 is a tenkeyless mechanical gaming keyboard with 87 keys, red linear switches and blue LED backlighting in a blue and white colourway. It connects by USB cable and uses PBT keycaps for a durable, textured feel. No mouse is included.

Suits players who want a smaller footprint

The tenkeyless form factor frees desk space for broad mouse movements, while the red switches deliver smooth, consistent keystrokes without tactile bump or click. Users who require a numeric keypad, per-key RGB lighting or wireless connectivity should consider other models.

Red linear switch feel

The keyboard is equipped with red mechanical switches that actuate linearly at a light force, giving fast, quiet keypresses suited to rapid gaming inputs and long typing sessions. This single characteristic determines whether the typing experience matches your preference.

Questions about this item

Will the Dareu EK815's USB wired connection work with an older motherboard that only has USB 2.0 ports?

Yes, the USB wired interface is backward compatible with USB 2.0 ports, so the keyboard will function normally on older motherboards.

How can I verify the blue LED backlight and red switches are working correctly after plugging in the EK815?

The blue LED backlight should illuminate immediately on connection; press each of the 87 keys to confirm the linear red switches register without tactile bump or click.
