98-Key Tri-Mode Gaming Keyboard

The Dareu EK98 Pro is a 98-key mechanical keyboard aimed at gamers and office users who want a compact layout with a numeric keypad. It uses a gasket-mounted structure with a 1.2mm FR4 PCB and single-key slotting to reduce typing noise. The board ships with pre-lubed DAREU HIFI DREAM linear switches rated for 50 million keystrokes.

Hot-Swap Installation and Connection Setup

Switches mount on a 3-pin and 5-pin hot-swap PCB so changes require no soldering. Tri-mode connectivity offers USB-C wired, 2.4 GHz wireless and Bluetooth 5.1 pairing with up to five devices. A 1.8 m cable is included for wired use and charging. The 4000 mAh battery needs roughly 10 hours to reach full charge.

Battery Life and Practical Limits

With RGB lighting at 100 % brightness the keyboard runs for about 23 hours; turning the LEDs off extends that to roughly 150 hours. All 97 keys support N-key rollover for conflict-free input. South-facing RGB LEDs shine through side-printed PBT double-injection keycaps. Adjustable feet let you set the typing angle.
