What the Flex 75 is and who it suits

The Dareu Flex 75 is a compact 75% mechanical keyboard built around custom Pegasus switches and a gasket mount. It targets gamers and office users who want a smaller footprint without losing a function row or a dedicated volume knob. Hot-swappable sockets let enthusiasts change switches without soldering, while tri-mode connectivity covers wired USB-C, 2.4 GHz wireless and Bluetooth for multi-device workflows.

Practical limits of the tri-mode interface

Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz wireless share the same 4000 mAh battery, so active RGB lighting caps continuous use at roughly 24 hours before a recharge. Turning the backlight off extends that to about 120 hours, which covers a typical work week. Wired USB-C operation removes the battery constraint entirely but tethers the board to the host device.

Capacity and headroom for daily typing

Double-shot PBT keycaps resist shine and sweat through years of heavy sessions, and the five-layer gasket structure keeps the acoustic profile consistent over time. The 75% layout fits alphas, arrows and the knob into 325 by 141 mm, leaving desk space for mouse travel. Buyers who need a dedicated number pad or macro column will find the layout restrictive.

Questions about this item

Which connection mode should I pick between Bluetooth, 2.4 GHz wireless and USB-C wired?

Use 2.4 GHz wireless for the lowest latency when gaming, Bluetooth for quick pairing with tablets or phones, and USB-C wired when you want zero latency or need to charge the 4000 mAh battery.

What does the 4000 mAh battery actually deliver in daily use?

Expect about 24 hours with RGB backlight on or roughly 120 hours with it off, so a full charge can last a working week without the light.

How does the 2.4 GHz wireless link perform compared with a wired USB connection?

The 2.4 GHz mode gives a stable, low-latency link suitable for competitive play, while the USB-C wired mode removes any wireless overhead entirely.
