The Datalogic QuickScan Lite QW2120 is a corded handheld scanner built to read standard 1D linear codes, including GS1 DataBar and major postal symbologies. It connects through a USB interface and ships with a 2 m USB Type-A cable and a stand. The red LED light source operates at 610-650 nm and delivers 400 reads per second.

Suited for counters scanning long

This unit fits retail checkouts, light manufacturing, document processing and banking where wider utility-bill bar codes are common. The wide scanning angle and extended line capture longer codes without increasing distance. Buyers who need 2D matrix code reading or wireless mobility should look at a different scanner class.

4 mil resolution with depth of field up to 35 cm

The imager resolves symbols down to 4 mils and maintains a 25 % minimum print contrast ratio. At 5 mils the working range spans 2.50 to 15.00 cm; at 7.5 mils it reaches 0 to 24.00 cm; at 10 mils it extends 0 to 35 cm. Angular tolerance covers ±65 degree pitch, ±45 degree roll and ±70 degree yaw.
