Teleprompter Kit for iPad and iPad 2

The Datavideo TP300-IP is a complete teleprompter kit designed for presenters and video producers using an iPad or iPad 2. It includes a 60/40 glass sheet that reflects scrolling script for the speaker while remaining invisible to the camera lens. A free downloadable app handles script display and scrolling, controlled by an included remote or at an automatic rate.

Suited for single-tablet productions.

This kit suits speakers, educators and solo creators who need a portable prompting solution for one iPad or iPad 2. The expandable bracket secures the tablet in front of the camera or below the lens for direct eye contact. Teams requiring simultaneous prompting on multiple screens, or users with tablets outside the supported iPad models, should look at other configurations.

60/40 beam-splitter glass

The optical glass uses a 60/40 coating ratio that balances reflectivity for the presenter with transmission for the camera. This specific split ensures the script is legible to the talent while the lens captures a clean image without visible text. Verify that this reflectivity level matches your lighting conditions and camera sensitivity before purchase.

Questions about this item

Will the 60/40 glass reflect text clearly when I mount my existing camera behind it?

The 60/40 glass sheet reflects the script for the presenter while staying invisible to the camera lens positioned behind it, so your current camera captures only the talent.

How can I confirm the iPad is displaying the script correctly through the glass after assembly?

Open the free app, paste your script, and verify the text appears mirrored and legible on the 60/40 glass; use the included remote to scroll and check speed control.

Does the kit include the iPad and the remote, or do I buy them separately?

The kit supplies the teleprompter frame, 60/40 glass, expandable bracket for iPad or iPad 2, brackets, screws, tools and a remote control; the iPad itself is not included.
